This place caters to everybody! Young and old, fit or not fit yet. The owners are really ramping things up with style and substance. The makeover of the facility is classy, there are so many options for classes and training. Best of all it's really welcoming and supportive.
Great space with so many new faces, I absolutely love the body sculpt class Tuesday morning and adapted yoga Friday night.
The new trainers and class timetable is great. Thanks Tara for making me work so hard this week. Looking forward to next week.
