Sent my Territory here to have an electric brake unit put on approximately 12 months ago. Service was fantastic, he did a very neat job. Ive had no issues with towing weekly since and found the price to be very competitive. Absolutely would recommend to everyone

Wish I could have given 0 out of 5!These guys advertise they are members of the vacc.. they arent as I just found out when I rang to complain about their dodgy business practises and being charged triple the time it should to do a simple job! We had a starter motor installed a few months ago.. firstly they tried to charge nearly $800 for a $350 part then charged 3.5 hours labour for a 45min job.Last week the starter stopped working so we took it back.. major mistake. Somehow it took another three hours to work out it was simply the cable connecting the starter to battery. Any reasonable mechanic would have accepted that they missed the issue when they first did the job and fixed it.. not these guys try to rip the customer off wherever possible.Do not take your car here unless you wanna be ripped of and patronised.
Pays attention to detail and therefore does a great job. Also provides practical advice to what is suitable for the car. Both my partner and I had sent our cars to Darren and are very happy with the outcome. Thanks Darren!
If I could give it a zero star I would ,I would never ever go there I ask for a quick diagram on how to do something, I am a 1st year apprentice doing it tough with money so I cant afford to pay someone to do the work for me. After i asked him if he could do it he them went on a rant about it. Is it just me but is it that hard for a young bloke to ask for help.
